The recruitment procedure for experienced employees is a year-round process, depending on current needs and the number of projects being handled.

The recruitment process comprises the following stages:

As part of the first stage of recruitment, the applicant sends in an application (CV and cover letter) using the form attached to a specific listing on the website.

Once applications are verified, selected individuals are invited for one or two interviews, with a HR specialist and a line manager or director, respectively.

Depending on the specific process and position, candidates may be asked to take an English language test, and a test to assess their professional skills and predispositions. This is usually a supplementary stage to learn more about the candidate.
